In August, 2018, The local housing company, Salix Homes gave a cheque for a thousand pounds to the best local project which was voted by the community, and who got the most votes were the winners, there was lots of amazing projects going on in the community however we was thankful to be declared the winners of the Springboard Heroes Award!
We would like to thank the community as well as our volunteers for making this possible!
The money was be used on our charities plot the ensure it was able to continue operations in the years to come, here you can see the short video of them surprising us and presenting us with the cheque!
