Lower Kersal Young People and Community Group made ‘A Christmas Carol’, but in this case with a heathy eating moral to the story. The film shows what can happen to you if you don’t keep active and eat healthy – a lesson from which we can all learn.
As part of the film, the young people interviewed a number of people including gardeners, a local doctor and sports development officers to get advice on exercise, organic fruit and vegetables, and the medical implications of an unhealthy lifestyle.
